In the Revitalization Knowledge Project, the Faculty of Food and Agricultural Sciences carries out activities linked with multiple fields as cross-functional collaboration, including knowledge, expertise, and technologies. Based on the individual results of research and educational programs—as well as past revitalization knowledge results from universities and other parties—it works to revitalize agriculture and agricultural science in the Hamadori(coastal region of Fukushima prefecture) region with the goal of integrating and implementing results in a cross-sectional way throughout society. In the Fukushima University Revitalization Knowledge Extension, efforts are made to further enhance and develop the Fukushima Forum and traveling lectures and speeches by the Faculty of Food and Agricultural Sciences.
